Ray Liotta’s cancelled series Smith will live on in cyberspace, thanks to episodes being made available online so fans can watch all seven taped episodes at their convenience.

CBS will air the four remaining original episodes of the canceled Ray Liotta crime drama “Smith” on its Innertube broadband outlet.

The network streamed the show’s first three episodes for a week each after their initial broadcasts. Those will be rerun, allowing viewers to see all seven episodes in their entirety. The show’s writers will provide a synopsis on CBS.com of how producers planned to resolve the serialized drama.

Also, the show’s producer, Warner Bros. Television, is making all episodes of the show, which delves into the world of high-stakes robberies, available via digital download this month, along with AOL, Amazon and Apple’s iTunes Store.

“Smith” also stars Virginia Madsen, Simon Baker, Amy Smart and Jonny Lee Miller.

Fans will remember this series was the first series to be canceled this season from any network.

And the winner… er, loser, is Smith!

For all of you with bets riding on which series would be the first to be officially canned from the fall lineup, pay attention. The sore loser is Smith, which was canned a mere 3 episodes into the first season. The Ray Liotta starring drama was one of the most expensive new series to be produced this fall, and was still in production when CBS dropped the hammer on it.

Smith also starred Virginia Madsen, Amy Smart and Simon Baker. It never got off the ground with viewers, hence the decision.
